  • Delivery Information: Your email address or WhatsApp number, which you provide for us to deliver your final DPs.
  • Transaction Information: Details related to your purchase, such as the number of images and the total cost. Please note that we do not collect or store your full payment card details. All payments are processed by our secure third-party payment partner, Razorpay.
  • Usage Data: We may collect anonymous data about how you interact with our Service (e.g., styles viewed, buttons clicked) to help us improve user experience. This data is not linked to your personal identity.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following specific purposes:

  • To Provide the Service: We use your uploaded photos solely to process them with our AI and generate the DPs you have requested.
  • To Deliver Your Order: We use your email address or WhatsApp number to send you the final DP images and a confirmation of your purchase.
  • To Provide Customer Support: We may use your delivery information and transaction details to assist you with any inquiries or issues.
  • To Improve Our Service: We use anonymous usage data to understand how our Service is being used and to make improvements.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

We are committed to protecting your privacy by not holding onto your personal data for longer than necessary.

  • Your Uploaded Photos: Your original, uploaded photos are permanently deleted from our servers immediately after your DPs have been successfully generated and sent to you. We do not keep them.
  • Your Generated DPs: The final DP images we create for you are stored for a limited period of 7 days to ensure successful delivery and to allow you to re-download them if needed. After 7 days, they are also permanently deleted from our servers.
  • Delivery Information: We may retain your email address or WhatsApp number and transaction history for our records and for customer support purposes.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We only share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our Service, under strict confidentiality agreements. This includes:

  • AI Service Providers: Your uploaded photos are processed by our third-party AI partners to generate the DPs. They are contractually obligated to delete your photos after processing.
  • Payment Processor: We share transaction information with Razorpay to securely process your payments.
  • Delivery Services: We use email and WhatsApp services to deliver your final images.

5. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

6. Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
