Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital service, all sales are final. When you place an order, our systems immediately begin processing your photo using AI, which incurs irreversible costs. Therefore, we do not offer any refunds or cancellations once a purchase is completed.

Please review your selection carefully before you make a payment.

We understand that technical issues can sometimes occur. A refund will not be issued, but we offer an alternative remedy in the specific case of a generation failure.

You may be eligible for a credit in the form of a coupon code if you meet the following criteria:

• Your payment was successfully processed.
• Our system failed to generate and/or deliver your DP images due to a verifiable technical error on our end (e.g., a server error during the AI generation process).

This policy does not cover issues such as:

• Dissatisfaction with the artistic style of the generated images.
• Uploading a low-quality or unsuitable photo that results in a poor-quality output.
• Accidentally purchasing the wrong number of images or styles.

If you believe you have experienced a technical generation failure, please contact our support team at support@makemydp.in within 24 hours of your transaction. You must provide your transaction ID or the email/WhatsApp number used for the purchase.

Our team will investigate the issue. If we confirm a server-side failure, we will issue you a one-time coupon code of equivalent value to your original purchase, allowing you to generate your images again at no additional cost.

The issuance of a coupon code is the sole remedy for a technical generation failure.
